What does the Triple Gurantee cover?
- For the duration of the gurantee we will gurantee that:
- the floor's laminate surface will not wear through
- the floor's laminate surface will not fade as a result of sunlight or electric light
- the floor will not be stained by substances normally found in domestic environments.
Conditions for the Gurantee to be valid.
In order for the gurantee to be valid, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:
- the floor must be laid in accordance with the laying instructions which accompany the floor
- your guarantee must be registered with Pergo
- you must have purchased the floor
- the floor must be installed indoors for residential purposes but not in a wet room, such as a bathroom or in a room with a floor drain.
