Following completion of a project, the guarantee, customer feedback form and any other relevant documentation is posted to our customer. Included in this is what looks like a small chequebook. This book contains vouchers that customers can write the names of friends who they believe will be interested in the services of Oakland. On receipt of such a slip, we will contact the friends. Should that friend place an order with Oakland, we will then provide our customer with a little ‘thank you’ to show our appreciation.
